The Labrador Retriever is a true all weather dog, this breed has a thick, water resistant coat and comes in three colors, yellow, black and chocolate. Labs are part of the working class breed and make excellent hunters, also considered a sporting breed, which was used for bird hunting and the retrieval of water fowl. The head of the chocolate lab is broad, with a pronounced brow. The color of the eyes can be either brown or hazel and like most of the dogs, their eyes too speak volumes and are very expressive.
