Mistake on order:
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!)! Please be sure to take special care when reviewing your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 30% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.
Shipping costs for returns:
We pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error.
When it’s not because of our error, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee.
If our US Postal Service ships to your country, then our products will be shipped to you within 10 to 14 business days of your purchase. We are not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs or duties. International Shipping Rate: See site for rates. Normal Shipping Charges do not apply to Hawaii or Alaska please contact us for rates.
